I came across this establishment at an event in NY a few weeks back, and I applaud their cause and effort! If you are a woman and believe in Girl Power, check out Step Up Women's Network. They have great events and the one coming up is a Photojournalism Project entitled "I Dream to..."

Step Up Women's Network is a national non-profit membership organization dedicated to strengthening community resources for women and girls.

The "I Dream to..." Photography Exhibition sponsored by Crystal Light is a wonderful introduction to Step Up and its Teen Programs. In addition, you will be able to network with our members, who are dynamic professional women like you. Key Step Up staff and members are excited to meet you and provide you with more information about Step Up.

Upon arrival, take the elevator to the second floor to the gallery.

Subway: Getty Images is located on the corner of Hudson and Canal. The nearest subway station is Canal Street on the 1 line.

2008 "I Dream to.." Photojournalism Program
The 2008 Photojournalism Program, sponsored by Crystal Light, helped underserved teens explore careers that they dream to pursue. Step Up Women's Network drew on its diverse network of professional women to give the students an opportunity to meet with, photograph, and interview a woman in the career field of each student's dreams.
