Conflux 2008 Posted: 11 Sep 2008 09:00 AM CDT Back in 2005 I took a ride up to Boston for a Glowlab event and was blown away. While familiar with its tenants, the term psychogeography (the investigation of everyday urban life through emerging artistic, technological and social practice) was new to me. What followed was a weekend of lectures, films, workshops, art installations, tours, and parties dedicated to reimagining and reclaiming our urban spaces. This weekend Glowlab takes over New York City with Conflux 2008, their "annual New York City festival for contemporary psychogeography."
