North Brooklyn has plenty of bars, clothing stores, restaurants and clubs. But it doesn't have a community center -- a place where people can go to get help with landlords harassing them, illegal truck traffic, conflicts with the police, small business issues, the neverending L train problems, and more. The Northside Town Hall Community and Cultural Center, located in a former firehouse, is going to be that place and more!

On Wednesday, October 28th, join long-time Williamsburg residents They Might Be Giants and Nada Surf (acoustic), along with Charles Bissell of the Wrens, at the Music Hall of Williamsburg for a benefit concert to raise money for the Town Hall. Rock out and get to know your neighbors!

Wednesday, October 28th
Music Hall of Williamsburg
Doors at 8pm, show at 9pm
Tickets are $25 general admission, $75 VIP.
The VIP tickets allow access to a special seating area and
free wine and food from Red Tail Ridge Winery and The Garden.

Or stop by Teddy's Bar and Grill at Berry and North 8th to buy them in person.
