The New York City Waterfalls - Last Day Posted: 13 Oct 2008 09:00 AM CDT Last day for this... Wow. The Public Art Fund has really outdone itself this summer. From June 26th to October 13th the PAF has sponsored Olaf Eliasson(who currently has a show at PS1) to create waterfalls all over the East River. Look at them! They are amazing.
