Ewan Pearson has been making records for a living since 1998. He has recorded as Maas for Soma, releasing six singles and an album, 'Latitude', and under a number of other guises including World of Apples and, currently, Partial Arts for Cologne's legendary Kompakt label. His remixes for the likes of Depeche Mode, Chemical Brothers, Seelenluft, Cortney Tidwell and Freeform 5 have made him one of dance music's most respected producers and have been compiled on 'Small Change' (Soma, 2001) and last year's !K7 2CD retrospective 'Piece Work'. Brent Grunow is a powerhouse lead vocalist & songwriter. Grunow's been singing and fronting bands all his life, including the now defunct The Flask with legendary guitarist, Kenny Olson. Rocking crowds all over the country, Brent is quickly gaining fans and popularity wherever he goes. Often compared to Mick Jagger meets Jim Morrison in a back alley fist fight, with a style all of his own, Michigan born and bred Brent was constantly surrounded by music. His parents always had great artists playing around the house, from The Rolling Stones to Marvin Gaye, and Joe Cocker. "There was never a shortage of something great to choose from," says Brent.

Icelandic indie-pop band Sprengjuhöllin stormed into the Icelandic music scene in 2007 with their hit-loaded debut album. They spent 27 weeks at the top of the charts and the album was a major commercial and critical success. The band's success isn't hard to explain. With their catchy, radio-friendly music, profound lyrics and an energetic live set, pretty much everyone from art school hipsters, mechanics and housewives to convicts, critics and politicians jumped on the bandwagon. Now with two albums under their belt, Sprengjuhöllin is currently in the process of re-recording their songs with English lyrics.
