Solar One Soil Day- Bring the Kids!

Solar One Soil Day- Bring the Kids! On Saturday May 16, Solar One will be offering a free Soil Workshop. We have space for 15 kids, first come, first serve! Students will learn about the plants, animals, fungus and bacteria involved in the process of soil decomposition.  Students will get to investigate and catalog the varied components of our soil.  The day will culminate in a discussion of best erosion practices, composting, and some light work in our park.  Be prepared to get a little dirty!
