Christine is responsible for driving profitable growth of Ann Taylor Stores by modernizing the brand into the definitive style destination for what's sophisticated, chic, and relevant now. Prior to joining Ann Taylor, she was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Victoria's Secret Beauty. Christine has also worked as a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group, specializing in consumer goods and retail. She began with career as an analyst at Goldman Sachs in their real estate investment banking and fixed income capital markets departments.
- Carla Harris, managing director, Morgan Stanley
Carla's career at Morgan Stanley has spanned over 20 years. Recently, she was named one of the 50 Most Powerful Black Executives in Corporate America by Fortune Magazine. In her other life, Carla is a singer who has released two CDs and the author of the new book Expect to Win: Proven Strategies for Success from a Wall Street Vet. Carla is a graduate of Harvard Business School.
- Hope Hughes, director, Deloitte Consulting
Hope is the US Banking Leader for Deloitte Consulting LLP's Human Capital Practice. She assists financial services and banking clients in matters regarding the "people dimension" of organizational transformation, mergers & acquisitions and cost reduction initiatives. Prior to joining Deloitte, Hope was a Managing Partner at a change leadership consulting firm and focused on financial services and consumer products clients. Clients served include American Express, Capital One, Citi, Credit Suisse, DuPont, KeyBank, Pfizer and Walmart.
- Juliette Powell, social media entrepreneur and author
Juliette Powell is a media entrepreneur and co-founder of The Gathering Think Tank, an innovation forum that connects technology, media, and business communities. In her book, 33 Million People in the Room, Powell writes about the patterns and practices of successful business leaders who bank on social networking to win.
